All orders that are not defective are non-refundable unless given consent by the company/manufacturer. Reason being most of our products are custom made to order or some manufacturers will not return items unless proof of defect. If your order has already started the process of being created, then you must accept the orders delivery. We will not take refunds after orders have begun since all orders are custom made items. 25% restock fee if returns are accepted. All products are required to be professionally installed so that the shop who installs the parts will be responsible to insure and reimburse you or us if there were to be an issue with the part during the installation process.
